Erika has had personal experience of what it is like to emigrate from one country to another: having originally grown up and being educated in South Africa, subsequently living and owning businesses in Holland for 10 years and then ultimately settling in New Zealand.
Since 1997 Erika has been a specialist Accredited Business Broker. In 2006 she completed her AREINZ (Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand) and in April the following year, her licence to act as principal of a Real Estate / Business Broking company was approved. She is currently the principal of Century 21 Business Broking Consultants.

Erika’s knowledge and understanding of other cultures (including her ability to speak several languages plus her knowledge of business and lifestyle expectations) has led to her being successful in assisting potential business immigrants to settle in New Zealand. This has culminated in ‘foreign investors’ and ‘joint venture projects’ becoming her speciality.
The establishment of BISINZ LTD is a logical consequence of such experience.

Immigration Business Development and Research Manager
Geeti Persson joined BISINZ in 2004 as a subcontracted Business Immigration Specialist. After on selling her own company which specialised in Business Immigration, she was appointed in a full time capacity to BISINZ as head of this division within the company, reporting directly to Erika Bult.
She has a sound background in Business Development, Immigration and Education. Additional to this, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Information Technology.
